Our current delivery timescale is approximately 4-6 weeks for new fabric and 6-8 weeks for new leather furniture orders. We support OEM&ODM, and customizing styles takes time As they say, 'good things come to those who wait! If you need a faster delivery, please give us a call on 13924574670 and we will try and accommodate you if possible. Alternatively, if, for example, you are decorating and don't want delivery for a few months we are happy to postpone your delivery for up to 12 weeks.
30% deposit for standard products, 50% deposit for custom products.The balance will be collected before shipment. TT, L/C, Alipay, Cash Available.
Customisation options vary depending on the product you have selected. You will be able to select the size, shape, material and color of the components and we will let you know about feasibility and cost. Then we can produce it for you.
In your Special Order Request email, you can specify a color and COOC will decide if it is possible and send you an email about price and delivery time.

I have purchased from you before. How can I match materials and finish from this earlier purchase with my next?
All purchase information would have been outlined in the receipt that was sent to you from paris@coocfurn.com. Please email paris@coocfurn.com, state the email address that was used to make your purchase and we will supply your previous order information.
To purchase quantities of the same design, simply add your item to your cart and edit ‘quantity’ .
Each COOC product family is assembled differently. You will receive a set of intuitive and easy to follow instructions that guide you through the assembly process for your specific furniture piece. It’s advisable that you have someone to assist during assembly.
COOC furniture need only be assembled by hand. But securing shelves to the wall will require a drill and screwdriver. For safety reasons, securing tall shelf units to the wall is advisable.
This depends on the product you have purchased, however we have planned that assembly is a quick and simple process.
Absolutely, COOC furniture can be easily disassembled for easy transportation. We do recommend you take care when disassembling your furniture though, as rough handling may lead to chipping or denting of your COOC product.
COOC warrants all goods for a period of three years under normal usage, to be free from defects in material and workmanship. COOC’s liability under this warranty is to repair or replace (at its discretion) any part or product covered by this (or any implied) warranty free of charge.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear;
Damage arising from abnormal use, or abuse;
Products which have not been maintained, or which have been modified;
Any indirect or consequential loss.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Order Number or invoice is considered proof of purchase. All works carried out by a party under instructions from COOC will be covered by the 12 month warranty on workmanship and repair. If the workmanship of the repair is deemed by COOC to be faulty a new item will be provided. All other warranties, express or implied, are excluded.
All COOC’s products are backed by a three year warranty.
